After a successful launch with MediaMarkt Austria, we have expanded our partnership agreement with MediaMarkt Germany and Saturn Germany, delivering a tailored on-site queue management solution to our German partner.
The greatest challenge of this project was the scale and the number of individual stores (nearly ten times the size of the Austrian market), nevertheless, with effective cooperation from both sides we could launch our service in a very short time. One of the most important topics, GDPR, was also very thoroughly addressed by both legal teams to ensure 100% conformity with regulations and client expectations.
MediaMarkt and Saturn Germany choose not to take advantage of remote appointment scheduling, they have decided to focus instead on the on-site queuing and supporting the effective customer-employee communication. In-store display banners and advertisements are also heavily utilised with the help of our tool, and we are looking forward to implementing more of our functionalities, such as appointment reservation and surveying in the very near future!
